Lift and shift a web app to serverlessRequirements for migration1 min
Before starting a migration, it is important to define the nonfunctional requirements for the migrated application. These requirements will help with making architectural decisions during the migration process.
Our example application has the following nonfunctional requirements:
The application environments should scale to zero and scale up automatically.
We should pay as little as possible for idle time.
Our developers should configure as little infrastructure as possible.
The application should have automatic high availability.
We should make minimal changes to the original application code.
